Good Eats: Nippon Sushi

Nippon Sushi is a popular Japanese restaurant located in Cordova Mall. Nippon “Sushi?” you might be thinking. A lot of people hear the word sushi and grimace or wince at the thought of eating it—mainly because they have this idea that sushi can only be made with raw fish. And nothing can be farther from the truth.

The truth is, Nippon Sushi has a lot more to offer than just sushi. They have numerous delicious dishes, ranging from Yakisoba to Ramen to Sushi, to Bento Boxes. I would list my favorite dishes from the menu but there are just too many to name—you’re going to have to try them yourself.

Their decor is also very modern and stylish, centering around the Japanese style. The owners play Japanese music. The restaurant overall has a very nice ambiance. And I promise I’m gaining nothing from writing about their restaurant.

But if I were you, and I had never tried Nippon Sushi, I would be making my way up to Cordova Mall and heading to Nippon Sushi.
