Today, Hurricane Debby has officially been downgraded to a Tropical Storm, much to the relief of many. She is currently making her way along the East Coast, positioned near the border of Georgia and South Carolina. By Sunday of next week, weather forecasts project that she will have traveled all the way up to the coastal region of Maine. It’s almost guaranteed that she will bring with her a significant amount of rain and heavy winds as she passes through most of the states in her path. Hopefully, Tropical Storm Debby will not cause any further casualties or damage, allowing communities to recover and prepare for her impact.
